	Hallo Freaks! Ich habe schon bei einigen Experten des Forums per Email nachgefragt, aber es wußte leider auch keiner viel mehr als ich. Deshalb noch mal hier in der "Öffentlichkeit" nachgefragt: Ich hatte mal auf dem Cover der Wish You Were Here Amiga Edition gelesen, daß es von Wish You Were Here auch eine Quadroabmischung im Nachhinein gegeben haben soll und zwar noch im Herbst-Winter 1975, eventuell Frühjahr 1976. Leider haben meine Nachforschungen dazu nur immer den normalen Stereomix auf LP wie auf CD ergeben. Wer kann hier weiterhelfen? ................................................................................ Keep Rowing for the Pink Floyd Reunion!

	@ all Karlchen hat das erlebt , was ich auch schon mal erleben durfte , Atom Heart Mother , Dark Side of the Moon und Wish You Were Here sind echte Quadromixe von Alan Parsons. Die Surround-Effekte die Wurzelpeter meinte kenn ich auch , aber hier handelt es sich um diskrete 4.0 -Mixe. Der Center und Sub sind eigentlich tot , DTS-CD ist hier nur das Format des Tonträgers , damit es jeder auf seiner "Heim"-Anlage hören kann. Wichtig finde ich sind vollwertige Boxen in allen 4 Ecken des Raumes , da eine Gilmour-Soloeinlage auf einem Brüllwürfel in der Größe einer Kaffeetüte nur schlecht klingen kann. Der Bassbereich muß auch aus den Ecken kommen...und kommt mir nicht mit "Bass ist nicht ortbar....) Als  DSOTM als SACD mit neuer Abmischung herauskam , hat mal jemand Alan Parsons interviewt , der hat genau beschrieben , wie damals der Quadromix entstand und was James Guthrie 2003  "falsch" oder anders gemacht hat. Leider gibt es nur diese 3 Alben in der Form. shine on

	@ knollambo Die Atom Heart Mother habe ich ja sogar als front, rear und quadro CD mix. 	Neuigkeiten von pinkfloydz.com "Wish You Were Here SACD We have received hundreds of emails over the years (Since 2005 in fact when we first broke the story of the possibility the Wish You Were Here SACD after having dinner with Pink Floyd's then Manager, who told AFG that at that time it was a 'very low priority'). Time has passed and we have been keeping a very careful ear to the ground about this release and can now tell you that it's finally on it's way.
