Roger Waters Stand Up For Heroes 2012
Roger Waters is set to join John Mayer and Bruce Springsteen amongst others for a charity concert in New York in aid of Stand Up for Heroes.
The event, held at New York’s Beacon Theatre on Thursday 8th November 2012 at 8pm, is to raise money to help soldiers and their families that have been injured by war. The charity has generated over $10m to date.

This year’s event, which is the 6th annual event, will also feature Mike Birbiglia, Ricky Gervais, Patton Oswalt, Jon Stewart, and Robin Williams. The band is made up of military veterans who Roger and the others will be performing with. This is certainly an excellent opportunity and I am sure the veterans will have a great time being involved in such a fantastic live music event!

In addition, we are amazed at the calibre of talent we are able to pull in for the benefit. These performers simply want to help give back to the men and women who have sacrificed so much.
